Aix-Marseille University

Aix-Marseille University is a research and higher education Institution established the 1st January 2012 (grouping the former universities of Aix-en-Provence, Marseille 1, Marseille 3). The merge leaded at a over 70,000 students and 6600 staff. Its mission is the development and dissemination of knowledge in five subject areas (Humanities, Law and Political Science, Science and Technology, Health Sciences, Management). The LRU law, added to the traditional missions of universities, that of "guidance and professional integration." Within this framework it has created a University services dedicated to professional insertion and guidance, whose mission is to assist students in their diverse expectations and their projects, to inform and implement the tools and methods to help them to find out their best professional path and job insertion.

Role in the project:

UAM will be involved in the build up of the common and comparable monitoring tools, in particular it will support the design of the methodology and questionnaire for the subsequent preparation and delivery of the surveys. Support Moroccan and Tunisian local observatories providing expertise on observatories management and organization (putting forward the OVE/BAIP experience). UAM will accompany the implementation and development of Moroccan and Tunisian Observatories (training session on management and services developed) and the network (starting from French RESOSUP experience). UAM will also support dissemination of project results through its direct involvement in the reaching of stakeholders and potential beneficiaries at European level also in the light of both potential enlargement of the project at Euro-Med level and for the promotion of project externalities through mobility of skilled labour.
